Even Day 2

Attention all 5-6 grade teachers, all Physical Education classes will be held in the Auditorium today.  Please drop off and pick-up students in front of the Auditorium.

All 7th and 8th graders interested in learning the dance for upcoming auditions for the 7-9 musical “Science Fair” should come to the Senior High Auditorium this Friday afternoon, September 10, at 3:00. Learn the dance so you can practice before auditions next week! If you have any questions, see Mrs. Pier in Blue house J111.

Sports News

Attention 7^th & 8^th graders -  Interested in a different kind of team sport?  Cross Country is building the 2010 team.   Build up your strength and speed after school, running with your team.   The coaches will pick up all interested students today in Sports Study Hall.   Recertification forms are available in the nurse’s office.

If you are interested in participating in boys modified volleyball re-certifications will be held today.   All boys interested in playing modified volleyball need to report to room M210 at 2:50 today with their completed recertification forms.  Tryouts will be held after re-certifications starting today.  You need to arrange for your parents to pick you up at 5:00PM at exit 1 at the senior high school. 

Any 7th or 8th grade girl interested in trying out for soccer this year needs to attend recertification today after school.  Please go to sports study hall at the end of the day with all of your necessary paperwork.  Your coaches will come and get you. 

Attention all girls interested in trying out for modified volleyball.  Re-certifications and tryouts will be held today from 4:00-5:00 in the north gym.  All girls need to come prepared to practice and have their recertification papers complete in order to tryout.  Please report to sports study hall immediately after school.

Picture Days at the Middle School

Student pictures for their ID card, yearbook  and for purchase will be on September 20 and September 21.    Student will have their picture taken during the time of they have their physical education class.    All students are required to have their picture taken.    A   Lifetouch flyer was sent home in August for your convenience if you would like to purchase pictures.    You may also go to mylifetouch.com to find additional options for ordering pictures.   If you order pictures on-line please use picture day ID code DW170420Y0, so Life Touch will know your child attends Churchville-Chili Middle School.  Your child will give the order form to the photographer at the time their picture is taken.  

This year LifeTouch will be providing a proof picture for every student.   You will then have the opportunity to order pictures from that proof.
